Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics: is the performance of aerobic exercises in a swimming pool. Exercising in the water is not only aerobic, but strength-training oriented due to water resistance.

Moving the body through water creates a resistance that will activate muscle groups.

Plus, it's fun!! I will come to your house and instruct you in your own pool in a one-on-one environment. Or, you can invite several friends to help share the cost and share the fun!
